We provide shipping within India and to multiple locations outside India. We have tie-ups with leading logistics providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure a safe and fast delivery to you.
After the successful placement of your order, we typically dispatch your order within 4-8 business days and it reaches you within 12-16 working days within India.
For International orders, it could take 3-4 weeks for your order to be delivered to you.
Custom orders take 2-3 weeks to be dispatched after the successful placement of your order and reach within 3-4 weeks to you.
Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 7pm Monday – Saturday. Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.
Nakhrewaali takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Nakhrewaali is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
We provide free shipping on all our prepaid orders within India and levy a small charge of INR 90/- on Cash on Delivery orders within India. In case of any exchange/credit, you will have to bear the shipping charges (whether it was a prepaid order or a COD order).
We provide free International shipping on orders above USD 250. Orders below USD 250 have a nominal shipping fee ranging between USD15 and USD40 depending on your location and weight of the order. Currently we do not provide Cash on Delivery as a payment method for International Orders.
Your order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Any additional charge towards import, customs and taxes may be levied by the custom authorities, and the same shall be borne by you. Please note that NakhreWaali has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actuals.
